Circulate is committed to doing business the right way. If you've witnessed or suspect unethical conduct, violations of law, or breaches of our Code of Conduct, we encourage you to speak up.

What to Report

You can report concerns about:

• Fraud, bribery, or corruption

• Violations of law or regulations

• Human rights or labor abuses

• Environmental harm

• Unsafe working conditions

• Harassment or discrimination

• Data protection breaches

• Any other unethical conduct

This channel is available to employees, suppliers, partners, and other stakeholders.

How to Report

Reports can be submitted anonymously where permitted by law. Please provide as much detail as possible to help us investigate, including:

• What happened

• When and where it occurred

• Who was involved

• Any supporting information

What Happens Next

All reports are taken seriously and handled confidentially. We will:

1. Acknowledge receipt (unless anonymous)

2. Review and investigate appropriately

3. Take corrective action where warranted

4. Follow up with the reporter where possible

No Retaliation

We strictly prohibit retaliation against anyone who raises a concern in good faith. Retaliation itself is a serious violation of our Code of Conduct.
